Milk Row Studio designed this wedding
invitation for Peter Pinch and Catherine
Yu (thus Pinch-Yu). The combination of Irish and Chinese cultures called
for a unique invitation. The main illustration combines the claddah symbol with cut paper stencil designs from chinese arts and crafts.
The distinct impression of letterpress added a pleasing tactile aspect to each invitation and reply card.
All illustrations were hand cut in linoleum and the type is hand set Arrighi. The invite was printed on Neenah, Classic Crest Tarragon 80 lb. cover.
